Handoff of Translate between iCloud devices

Hiya

We have a scenario to confirm in testing but I thought Id check to see if anyone else had input. 

We have an iCloud account with multiple devices of which one employed Google translate. The translate event appears in the reporting. 

Theoretically could the translate event handoff and appear in other devices within the same iCloud "sphere" if they too were captured/analysed? 

Various sources show handoff would want to push to Safari etc and other reports conflict this. 

Pre emptively - cheers for any input.
