Hard Disk Protection Issue

Could be a physical write protect switch on the drive itself, could be a configuration setting in Windows

Most likely your disk has ATA password which is stored in platters .Unless you remove it you will not get sector access.
If you don't have data you can securely erase disk which will clear password.

I tried all these things but didn't not successful. Before Write Protect its work Normally.

Another way to block write access to (unencrypted) devices in Windows is the Bitlocker policy.

If all 3 devices, HDD and two USB drives are blocked to write, did you get ransomwared? I mean did you get a message of paying a ransom to unlock?

Did you try the DISKPART “attributes disk clear readonly” command as mentioned here?

NO, I'm sure my storage device is free from ransomware.

What is not clear in the report is whether the 500 Gb hard disk is an internal one or a USB one. ?

If it is USB, it is likely that you have - maybe mistakenly - installed a filter driver or however a software intended to write protect USB connected devices, there was one free tool (software write blocker) around that (most probably because poorly coded or however non intentionally) once installed, even after having been uninstalled, "locked" USB connected devices to "read only", maybe it is your case.

Cannot really remember the name of that particular tool unfortunately. (

Cannot you install a second instance of the OS and test under this new install?
