Hashing 200 USB Devices

Hi,
I'm probably missing something(s) really important and obvious here. Your problem sounds similar to those promo usb companies that load up "giveaways" for the shows. Could you not use something like ImageUSB fron passmark / OSForensics to just write an image of your original USB onto multiple USB drives? Or do you need a forensic copy hence the MD5 requirement?

Thanks for the responses guys, The client became less interested after i posted this question however its great to be able to have the answers and il try test it at some point.

Im now trying to look at MD5 hash discrepencies which seem to be located in the unallocated and allocated areas of the volume information.
