? Has anyone served a search warrant to Google to have them unlock a pattern locked Droid? I've served the warrant and Google says they are ready to help, but there is certain things that have to occur first. I need to try and find out if the phone has wifi turned on and then according to Google I need to be in area the person who owns the phone has connected to wifi before. Obviously the person who owns the phone is not cooperating thus the search warrant was written. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Are there no forensic tools that would unlock or bypass the lock code? I'm sure you will get an answer soon, but I would contact the technical unit at the California Bureau of Investigation.

I assume that you've tried the old trick with Android's of guessing patterns until it prompts you for username and password to unlock and then enter the subject's gmail username as the user and a password of "null"? Used to work reasonably reliably but since it's so insecure Google may have changed it…
