You need to know the actual phone platform to do that.
As I can see, several Helio models are the Samsungs. So I would try any software that works with Samsung phones.

Actually I didn't hear that any software supports Helio phones. But you may check it by yourself - many forensic tools have free trial versions.
If you won't find any, we (I mean Oxygen Software) may try to help you. But we'll need your assistance, since that phone seems to be not a very popular one -)
