AD's support continues to be sub-par, I talked with a person in the field yesterday who stated to have the same situation as I have had. Sales calls and calls and calls, when you finally pull the trigger and upgrade your dongle or dongles customer service and support will become nonexistent.
I hope that doesn't become the case with Helix as it has been a great product.
