Hi - I apologize if this has been discussed before (I can't find any reference to it), or if this is the wrong forum.
How can I access a face book page of someone I am not friended with?
A person of interest in a case I'm working on has a face book page, and I have been advised that some important information in regards to my investigation may be stored on this persons face book page. How can I verify this?
Thanks in advance
Short of a subpoena, it would depend on their privacy settings. A common practice is to only allow people to see a profile who are friended.

Be tough! Unless you find the person's who's page it is and ask nicely or threaten RIPA you could be out of luck.
The next option, if you know anybody in his friends list, you might be able to see the wall/profile that way, again you would have to ask nicely and or have them with you when you do it. Otherwise, as mentioned, you be going for court orders / US laws etc… Even if you had the password, without permission, you are not allowed to login as them!
[or plan C - ask lulzsuc, they prob find a way in!] lol )
