How do I take full physical dump of cell phone ?

Hello,

I am working in forensic domain as a developer. I and my team successfully extract data from most of the cell phone available in India. But we are using logical data extraction, hence we are not able to extract deleted data. I heard about physical data extraction, and read many documents present on internet. But all information is theoretical.

Is there is any source code available on the net ?
