And then you can post on some security forum and start asking how someone could break in to your facility and walk between the laser beams while floating above the floor and break into a sealed recorder without ever breaking the seal to remove their presence from the video. See if you can get them to go along for 9 pages.

I'm sorry possibly you didn't read my last reply. Since I do not want this thread full of 'empty' and useless comments , let people who may help reply. If you read carefully, I do not have the resources to dedicate to improve and secure the system I have in place. So this applies to everyone who reads the thread. Please only reply if you want to help. No need for humourless opinions

No need for humourless opinions

Would a few humour filled opinions do, then? ?

It is possible that the video is not tampered at all 😯 , but they simply hypnotized you to not see their otherwise evident fiddling with it, or through ESP they remove in real time the perception of the event or it's memory directly from your brain.
If this latter is the case, we have a cheap, effective way to prevent this form happening.
I have one word for you, just one word

this morning the fie had 1,5 times the common size. Normally the video files are around 500 MB for around 6 hours recording. This morning, the file recorded had a size of 800MB. I didn't change anything in the settings. The file is then 300MB lager

Use mediainfo to check the metadata of the file and see for inconsistencies.

LOL. You must not have read any replies since page 2.

Your posts have devolved from asking actual forensic questions to a tangent of conspiracy that is beyond reason.

You wrote " I do not have the resources to dedicate to improve and secure the system I have in place."

I posted very factual information about the cost and time it would require to "change" the video in the way you describe.

Several others have posted replies about what it would take to bend or stop time as you have described.

Who do you suppose is going to waste those resources on someone that does not have the resources to dedicate to improve and secure their system. If you do not have those resources then what you are protecting must be of only modest value.

So again I ask, who is going to waste time and money to change your video? Why are you unwilling or unable to answer such a simple question?

Just to update the thread, I found out that the reason of these changes in size might be due to a completely different reason. changing in light in the room. When exposed to stronger light, the file size will increase. Tonight I recorded on the same program for 1 minute.
These are the results
recording under very bright light 1minute 02 seconds file size 1,431 MB that is 23.08 KBps
recording under very dim light 1minute 01 seconds file size 759 KB that is 12.44 KBps
Still there is some things that seem weird, I am pointing mainly at the chance they might have used some camouflage to enter the scene or using very fast actions to go undetected
