constructive comments please. I do not even think that that type of sftware could be used in my case, as I use a completely different program, plus as soon as I am done recording I save the file onto an USB stick that I carry on me the whole time.

I believe that you cannot do much better than your current setup/routines, that appear well thought, cleverly deployed and validly maintained, besides pretty much tamper proof.
