I need to find information about when the particular android OS is installed on mobile device.
Is there any way to find that info?

you have to find "setupwizard.xml" and look at its creation date. this file is under that way
/data/data/com.google.android.setupwizard/shared_prefs/SetupWizardPrefs.xml
it is created after first install of android os and entered gmail account
if user dont enter a gmail account and continue to use the phone you cant find that file. this is all about gmail account
