How to find any indication that a file was transferred out?

We have a Nokia n71 which has some incriminating video files. The prosecutor wants to find out whether or not these video files were transferred from the phone to any other device or any other phone.

Do you know any remnants that might have been left in the phone after a file was transferred from the phone to some other device?
