yes but i didnt get any data from kitkat or lolipop? i have xry softwere and ufed 4pc and ufed touch and mobile edit . but my softwere and hardvere doesnt work from kitkat and lollipop every softwere has been updated but doesnt work. anybody acquire data from kitkat and lollipop?

Everyone is facing the same problem when trying to obtain a physical of an Android device running KitKat or Lollipop. In the mean time, I have been doing a Android Backup with the UFED Touch and then a logical extraction (UFED/XRY/MPE+/viaExtract/Oxygen) to get other data such as the text messages since the FSD or Android Backup doesn't pull "com.android.providers.telephony".
Does anyone else have a better solution they are working with?
