I'm trying to install Galleta, the cookie viewer, and i've downloaded a Cygwin Bash Shell onto Windows XP. I've entered "make installwin" in Cygwin but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

No install required…Windows .exe file w/ Cygwin DLL.
