So, I have this phone in hand to extract data from. It has a password that I need to crack or bypass before I can get my hands on the data. The phone is Hisilicon based with Locked bootloader and in order to unlock bl, data will be wiped. I need to know which ways I have to get around the password without wiping the data. I don't have Cellebrite, only some GSM products like HCU with DC Phoenix and EFT Dongle but I'm not sure what to do with them.
I may go with Chip-off method but I'd like to know if there's any other option available.

Well, the case is done and I had no other option to go except for ISP to remove password but, I'd like to know what other options are there for HiSilicon based devices. With Qualcomm and MTK based devices we have that Loader interface (9008, MTK Preloader… etc) which allow us to access the storage and to flash custom binary even with BL locked but what about "HUAWEI USB PORT 1.0" and what can be done from there? That's the point I'm really interested to know about and I'll be really glad if someone in the know give me some info.
