Hi all,
I am looking for recommendations on hardware keyloggers.
I'd welcome feedback on reliability, ease of install, cost, 'transparency to the end user device', compatibility issues with different O/S, etc.
Thanks in advance!

Try keyghost.com. I've used the keyghost hardware keyloggers, both PS/2 and usb. Very very small, you just click'em on the end of the keyboard cable. Installation can be done in 3 seconds, literally. If your suspect knows what to look for, he/she will most likely find the keylogger. In most cases (thinks offices) people won't even know where to look for one.

The keyloggers log to a small flash memory chip, and the contents can be encrypted and timestamped. Keyghost saves both keystrokes and mouseklicks.

They (keyghost) will soon come out with a PCI/MPCI keylogger, which would be excellent for laptops. Haven't tested them, though.

Compatibility issues for all models zero. It's hardware, remember 😉
Oh and be sure to check with your legal dept… these thingies are considered extreme measures in most cases. Ypu'll need a whole bunch of paperwork in most cases (I know I did).
