Identifying source of recorded phone calls

I have a number of MP3 files with titles of the form

XXXX-XXXXXXXXXX-DDMMYYYY-HH * MM * SS.mp3

There is no ID3 metadata. I am trying to identify the recording software. I suspect that these are Skype calls but I can't say for sure.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
