Insurance Premium

Hi all, I am working in healthcare industry. I am familiar only with medical insurance policy. However, currently there is a discussion and brain storming session in my company about IT asset insurance. For me, company with low risk or issue in IT asset should get discount on their insurance premium payment.
I am looking forward to get your information and opinion either the company is entitled to receive IT asset insurance offer of maximum coverage with minimum premium payment, since the company is computer forensic readiness.
Kindly assist me to give an idea or opinion on this matter.
