Hi,

I have heard several people lately make reference to the above, and have been wondering exactly what does it contain & if it available to non-LE personell?

From what I have heard - it is an invatigation handbook of sorts, containing best practices/guidelines and is published annually in 3 parts.

Does anyone know about this? Is there something similar for non-LE personeel available on the market?
