iOS Airplane mode tracking?

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to see if there is a .plist file within an iOS backup which contains information about when a device was placed on airplane mode, or any of the wireless settings. I want to know if the device was placed on airplane mode, or if the wifi setting was enabled/disabled at a given point in time.

I located the com.apple.BTserver.plist which had an entry for "airplane mode" but no useful information there. Wondering if anyone knows where I could find this information, if it is tracked and exists within the iOS .plists and logs.
