Hopefully I'm posting this in the correct place - apologies if not!

I am currently looking into some evidence in a case, where attribution of specific online activity to an individual is proving problematic. I believe that I might have identified an issue around the allocation of IP addresses to UK-based cellular base transceiver stations and end-user mobile handsets.

If anyone has knowledge in this area and can assist, please drop me a DM.

Due to the nature of the case, I'd rather not share all the details here (sorry, I know how frustrating that can be) but I'm happy, of course, to share any knowledge that comes out of this.

Thanks in advance for your help.
