All

I have an iPad Air running IOS 7.1.2 that has approximately 2000 emails on it. Using Cellebrite's Advanced Logical extraction method, I see the entries for all of the emails but none of them contain any content.

Is the mail data not stored on the device? If it is, can you please explain how I can get to it?

As always, thanks in advance for your assistance.

Best Regards.

what application are the mails showing in?
what is the figure 2000, unread?
how is the e-mail setup (imap/pop)?

Can you actually see and view the content on the device?

the entries are recovered from the envelope index database, the actual data is stored on the device but isn't extracted through tools, the main way to recover it is to photograph it or airprint it unless its possible to jailbreak the device.

Try using cellebrites' new screen capture tool in the new release.
