hi all, probably a dumb question, but I have this IPhone 5 which I extracted the data and found com.hackulo.us.installous but no cydia in the keywords.

How can I check if the Iphone was Jailbroken and then deleted the cydia as to hide the jailbrake???

Since I don't have physical extraction on iphone5 I can only extract logical data.

thanks in advance for all the answers.

Cydia is a telltale sign of a jailbroken iOS device, however do not always rely on this. To be sure it's best to locate 'fstab' within the system partition. This will indicate whether or not the iPhone's root partition is read only (ro) or read write (rw).
