No one has a solution for password locked iPhone 5 (and 4S and iPad2,3)
Currently no way to bypass the handset lock with these tools for iPhone 4S (A1387, A1431)& iPhone 5 (A1428 & A1429)- due to chipset design of placing the unbreakable AES encryption on the physical processor itself.
Only Apple themselves can do this & is kicked off as a search warrant or court order warrant by law enforcement agency. The unlocking of an iOS device is only performed at Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino, CA.
"Apple's reasonable technical assistance may include, but is not limited to, bypassing the Cell Phone user's passcode so that the agents may search the Cell Phone, extracting data from the Cell Phone and copying the data onto an external hard drive or other storage medium that law enforcement agents may search, or otherwise circumventing the Cell Phone's security systems to allow law enforcement access to Data and to provide law enforcement with a copy of encrypted data stored on the Cell Phone.
Although Apple shall make reasonable efforts to maintain the integrity of data on the Cell Phone, Apple shall not be required to maintain copies of any user data as a result of the assistance ordered herein; all evidence preservation shall remain the responsibility of law enforcement agents.”

If you decide that you would like Apple to unlock the device, please send a draft of the search warrant or court order to Apple for review. (Contact Apple for the wording of the court order/warrant)
It is important to include the serial number and the IMEI number for the device on the search warrant or court order.
Also, please see http//
Once Apple has reviewed the search warrant or court order with the correct language, the search warrant or court order will need to be signed by a judge and re-submitted to Apple. Please make sure that the name of the judge on the search warrant is clear and legible in order for the paperwork to be completed.
Please do not send the device to Apple until we advise you to do so.
After an internal approval process, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for the passcode bypass. We recommend that the device be delivered in person, because of a potential loss through shipping.
