We recently seized an IPod Touch. Is there a white paper out there on how to extract the data from the Touch in a forensically sound manner?
Any ideas?

The Cellebrite UFED can handle the iPod Touch. If you don't have the Cellebrite UFED the local RCFL has one you can use. Our local RCFL has a self service cell phone kiosk.
