They haven't answered me any question since the 24th of novermber at 0100 GMT, although I've sent them so many mails because my problem is very urgent.
I know today is Saturday and nobody works today in Israel, but yesterday and Thursday I was not answered either.
Does anybody know anything?
Thanks!
Hi Skywalker,
We just moved IL offices over the weekend and together with thanksgiving weekend this probably caused some delays in support.
Sorry for this and we are now back online.
Best regards,
Ron Serber
Cellebrite Technical Support answered me today as well, I can confirm they work )

Hello Ron,
Thanks for your answer but I've not been answered yet to my requests.
I think this is not acceptable for such a company as Cellebrite.

Where are you located?
I'm in Hungary, Europe.
Hello all,
Our forensic lab is in Chicago and we have received excellent support recently. We put in a couple of tickets and received call backs and email follow ups.
My forensic colleague and I actually remarked that Cellebrite's support was better than many companies' support we deal with regularly.
FYI - I have no direct nor indirect fiduciary interest in Cellebrite so the above is my personal experience and opinion.

Well, my experience is the opposite.
thefuf - I wonder if your experience is related to being in Russia on a different time zone than the majority of Cellebrite support staff?
It seems people with complaints are not from U.S. timezones but my observation could be purely anectdotal.

No, it is related to the quality of responses only.
