If it is capable of transmitting/receiving data, any device can be hacked. The only safe computer/smartphone/etc, etc is one that is powered off.
That depends. Does your phone automatically connect to every Bluetooth device it sees? That's one of the easier ways to gain access to a phone.
I agree with agbarnet. The easiest way to hack into a device is via Bluetooth. Take a look at your Bluetooth pairings is a good start………
It may also be worth you looking at your Wi-Fi settings also, as the handset may connect to open Wi-Fi networks that you are unaware of. Some can be malicious
What Android phone do you have? What version of the OS? Do you have a custom ROM and recovery or the stock one that came installed on the phone? What are you trying to determine?
