Hello Community,
Is it possible to check number of all sim cards that have been used in a mobile phone?

When it comes to examining iOS, Magnet Axiom has the feature called "SIM Card Activity" under "Operating System" tab, where I can see ICCID and Phone Number of used SIM Cards.

But what about Android devices? Axiom doesn't have the "SIM Card Activity" option when it comes to examine Physical dump of Android devices.
Is it possible to check number of all SIM Cards present or previously used in a Android devices?

And the opposite situation

Does the network operator can check - based on SIM ICCID number - with what IMEI mobile devices the specific SIM card was used? ?

Thanks in advance for any clues

The ICCID format is the electronic version of the SIM Serial Number printed on the face of the SIM Card as specified in the ITU-T E. 118 The international telecommunication charge card (Charge Card Numbering Scheme, if you will).

ICCID/SIM Serial Number are not transmitted OTA so for an enquiry to operator perhaps you would want to identify a chain-of- causation -> MSISDN-IMSI-SIM Serial Number (ICCID). To then request the particular operator to check all IMEIs associated with the MSISDNs you have. Also, some operators can check IMEI Equals Checks to reverse check which IMEIs have been used with particular MSISDN/IMSI. It can be a minefield where a subscriber has requested MNP (Mobile Number Portability) - 3GPP TS 23.066 or ETSI TS 122 066. MNP is available in the States.
