It is locked because of the code. Is it possible to unlock it by using Cellebrite software?

Thanks!

It is an advanced service of Cellebrite. Cellebrite can do. But you can not.

The service is expensive.

As far as I know, Cellebrite can only do iPhones which don't have a secure enclave (below 5S).
IP Box and co only don't work on iOS 9 anymore which most of the phones now use. So it doesn't look good!

IPBox worked on iOS 8 and below before Apple patched the timer related to failed passcode attempts.

Cellebrite can obtain a physical image via DFU mode on iPhone 4 and below. The 4S, 5, and 5C do not have a secure enclave and therefore might be susceptible to custom attacks (San Bernardino iPhone 5C and the FBI). But no vendors support passcode bypass at this moment for the iPhone 4S and up. Starting with the 5S, Apple intergrated a Secure Enclave into the CPU which stores the passcode among other things. To my knowledge, no one has ever gotten into a locked iPhone with a secure enclave.

He is not talking about UFED or PA. You cannot use these to get the code. But Cellebrite offers a service for certain iPhone models (4s, 5, 5C as far as I know). You have to send them the phone and they will use an undisclosed method to determine the passcode. They will send you back the phone and the code and you can run your usual extraction routines. This service is not part of the normal contract and does cost extra. But in your case it's no good because the iPhone 6 is not supported.
