Is this the fasted password recovery server in the world?

Hello every. One of my friend made a password decryption computer. It can break Word,Excel password within 1 min. You can see the text in the files quickly. I tested some word and excel files. long password, like 123pstCOM*(). it finished just 45 sec. You can not know the password with this server. But you can open the file without password. I want to know that is it the fasted way in the world? Just one server, 4U, one Cpu,100G harddrive, no rainbow table.
