iVe Berla Infotainment Data from Nissan

Hello.  I am assisting on a case where another agency had obtained infotainment data from a Nissan SUV that was obtained with iVe Berla.  I have been provided with a PDF report, several CSV reports and Axiom and Cellebrite exports.  The call log data in the reports has timestamps for 1 phone call only from 1 of 2 devices that connected.  I also reviewed the data in the recent Cellebrite PA v.8 with the same result.

Does anyone have experience with vehicle infotainment forensics that can tell me if this is normal? We are trying to obtain cell service provider records as well as the phone(s) themselves.
