I use Kazaa set for not sharing any files, I connect to the internet, after a few days I find it set to share.
The question is you can force the remote to set it on Kazaa sharing?
Someone who uses kazaa you can notice it through the network FastTrak that I am connected and do not share niente.La question is, he can change the state and set to share my kazaa? Clearly hour kazaa does not work anymore, but the demand is present.

If I understand correctly you are asking of a remote user can turn on sharing on your machine. i.e. could I in the UK turn on sharing on your machine in Italy.

No.

Does anyone else have concerns about Tex656565's questions?
Should we recommend he engage one of the members in an official capacity!!
