I just dumped an Outlook PST (v12) with over 87,000 items without problem.

Have you tried MAPITOOL by dtSearch?

I have used Nuix, Intella and a few of the newer tools of that nature on larger files and they do a great job. I think that now that MS has opened up the format (http//www.addictivetips.com/microsoft-office/outlooks-pst-file-format-is-finally-open-to-developers/) we should hopefully see more tools that can really rip through the larger PST files.

I'd also take a look at Discovery Attender (Sherpa Software) - its commercial software, but Ive used it in the past for similar issues and its very good at parsing large PST files (or collections) for search terms, and outputting the result to a second PST.

The best thing about Internet fax service is it provides easy access to Outlook contacts.
