Video camera, plug laptop into ethernet port and navigate to the admin panel, provide username and password (probably defaults), navigate around

Likely the DHCP lease list and some logs such as user logins, perhaps stuff like wireless key, ssid, port forwarding and firewall rules and any mac whitelisting.

Not a chance in hell.
