Hello All,

This is my first time posting a question here, been lurking a long time.

So like the title says, I am wanting to know if anyone knows where in the iOS file system there is a log of every time an iCloud backup is made of the device.

The devices in question are an iPhone 5S running iOS 8.2 and an iPhone 6 running iOS 8.3. I have performed logical acquisitions of them both using BlackLight 2015.2.1.

The closest thing I have found is

/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.apple.ids.service.com.apple.private.alloy.icloudpairing.plist

I was hoping someone else might have another place to look.

Thanks!

My understanding is that iDevices by default make daily iCloud backups.

Apple apparently keeps only three days of backups in the iCloud.

Apple will hold the last 3 backups or snapshots. A backup is automatically created every time a device is connected to wifi and plugged in.
