Greetings,

Dell M6500/M6600 has dual drives and an eSATA port. Rock solid (unless you're a certain one of my ex-colleagues -)). It is on my shopping list.

Even the Precision M4600 has dual drives, eSATA, 2 USB 3.0. But between the M4600/6600 they seem to fit your specs well.
