You may find UFED provides a physical recovery for what you need for this make/model and OS.
You can JTAG but it is really hard work getting the settings just right.
Check out RIFFbox.
I have dump already. I do dump with Riff, mount bin and extract pictures but I do not now haw to extract phonebook

Not only that you can perform the physical extraction with lock bypass using Cellebrite UFED (next time, will save you the JTAGing), you can use "Open Advanced" and decode the bin file you have from JTAG using the "Lumia 520" chain.
UFED Physical Analyzer also supports carving from unallocated, so you can also recover deleted entries from flash unallocated space.

Hello neighbor, it is possible with the Cellebrite UFED - physical extraction with lock bypass.
I do not have UFED or Oxygen I wont to tray some manual metod

I do that. I received phone in non working condition, than made dump with JTAG ISP
Now I have 8GB dump. Than mount dump with partition extract Media found some information
about win 8 and store.vol but I do not now how to extract contacts from WP8 phone.
I do not need erased just exiting
