Does anyone know of a way to determine the history of CD/DVD burns on a Mac in Snow Leopard (10.6.x)? I need to determine if/when any CD/DVDs were burned on a particular Mac.

Thanks!

I'm assuming that the burns were through the Mac OS, as there are no instances of Toast or any other burning software on the computer.

Take a look at the log files. In particular look for this one DiscRecording.log

I am not sure if that information may also be contained here
system.log,

If it has been burnt by the system and not a third party application all burn logs are stored in DiscRecording.log.

One more log file to check for disc burning is the DiskUtility.log

look under the Users/Username/Library/Logs/*.log

Chris
