Mac Pro dual quad-core with plenty of memory.

I have one running a native, fresh, non-assisted (no Bootcamp or anything - just remove all non-related disks beforehand) install of Windows 2003 Server, Mac OSX and also Windows 7 (not bad - significantly better than Vista.) Tried Server 2008 but it was a dinosaur in terms of performance.

It knocks spots off my highest-spec "PC" computers - by a margin of over 50%.

Also plenty of e-Sata cards available with port multipliers, etc, that just *work* with every OS I have tried so far (all versions of Windows, Mac, Linux, Unix, etc.)
