Hello, I am trying to acquire two disk taken from two iMAC 27"
I am using Access Data FTK Imager 3.2.0 the disk are connectedto the PC by A writeblocker.
The first disk after one hour of elaboration stop the acquisition and sayd"The device is no more available", the second doesn't start the task. Immediate stops with the same message.
Can someone help me?
Thanks and best regards

First check your equipment i.e. use different cables, imaging station and write-blockers. Also, update FTKi. If you are still getting the same errors try another methodology i.e. image the hard drives in the iMac (or any pc chassis) using a suitable forensic imaging boot disk (Paladin, DEFT, Helix, Macquisition). If you are still receiving errors it is likely you have some failing disks and may need to seek data recovery experts.

Ok thanks. I used two versions of FTK imager, two different USB and guymager in DEFT. Now I am using a new USB cable.
Yesterday all of the disk were working fine. I cloned them using clonezilla.
Thanks
