This one is related to my forensic workstation - wondering if anyone has successfully installed Win7 with the new 2015 editions of the MacBook Pro after Apple stopped bootcamp support for Win7.

I'm not interested in virtualization - it won't work well for my purposes. Will require dual boot.

I've tried partitioning using disk utility and booting to Win7 install CD and Win7 install USB. No luck. Haven't found a lot on the web so far other than suggestions of Win8/10 or using Fusion/Parallels. Any advice, if anyone has successfully got this going would be great. Thanks!

I've just installed Windows 10 on my late 2011 Macbook Pro 13. All the drivers are working apart from the audio. I'd imagine that using the latest bootcamp drivers which were released a couple of weeks back would have your system up and running fine with Windows 7. Have you used bootcamp assistant?
