Does anyone have a contact email for a person in Magent Support?
We've got an issue with the ticket system that we're struggling to resolve because of the ticket system.

I'll likely have to run over there and talk to them as I don't have direct access to our ticketing system but I can definitely get you in touch with the right person if there's an issue there.
