Hi,
I recently started to use Magnet AXIOM Cloud and I noticed that on their website, they announced they support "Skype" extraction. I cannot find it in their cloud and It's not located under other data source such as Microsoft/Google.
Anyone know where I can find it?

Hi! Thank you for the opportunity to provide some clarity on our Skype cloud recovery. If you process Microsoft account and the "Cloud Office 365/Hotmail/Outlook Emails" artifact, you will recover Skype for Business artifacts. Skype for Business is cached in the Conversation History folder in Outlook (o365).
Once you have acquired data from a an Outlook or Office 365 account, if you type "conversation history" into the search bar in the upper right it will filter to include Skype for Business conversations. We will recover both conversations that are included with video/audio Skype for Business calls as well as text conversations. If a call is started mid conversation that is displayed with a timestamp in the preview as well. We also recover information about Skype calls that do not contain text conversation.
Additionally, we will be investigating cloud acquisition of stand alone Skype (not Skype for business) accounts in the the next few months.
