Does anyone know of a website that maintains all the md5sums for all the microsft or other popular products. Basically for every version of notepad.exe that is released the md5sum is hashed and listed on the site.

You can always post an executable to one of the online virus scan sites like Jotti etc…
While it won't give you the MD5 you can gather a lot of metadata about a particular Windows executable from

It only covers up to Microsoft Windows 2003 SP1. From Vista onwards all OS files are signed and there is a Sysinternals tool that will help.
