Can anyone give advice on starting up a consultancy initially specializing in mobile forensics and cell site analysis. Is there is room in the market for one more? or is everyone fighting over limited business. Fee structure , should I go for a fix price and whats the best way to market my services? without spending huge sums of money. What aspect of business do potential customers look at, is always down to cost, what is the going rate for a simple phone examination with report say 2 hours work
