Data recovery on the phone could be a little bit different than others, specially when you're trying to revcover data from the internal memory of the phone.
What tools do you recommend to apply data recovery on the following phones.
1-iPhone
2-Blackberry
3-Samsung
Have any of you tested them?

I use the following tools
Cellebrite
XRY
Final Mobile
Secure View 3
Lantern 3
MPE
and of course then there are vendor provided tools (LG PC Suite, etc).
All with varying rates of success depending on the specific model of the device. Our main go-to tool is Cellebrite (we have the UFED Touch) and then go from there.
Do you have any specific questions? Any particular models of the vendors you mentioned?
Thanks for sharing the tools, i've used some of the mentioend tools however i don't see them really powerful in recoverying phones that are restored or upgraded.
Such as a restored iphone 4 +..
