You will have to cough up some money and by cellebrite for the android devices. Anything prior to 6.0.1 you can do with hashcat. As far as IOS goes you cant unless you have something like GK. Anything befor 6.0 ya you can but who has a device running that.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend HD Box. I've bought HD Box (full package) last year and it doesn't work at all. After waiting for quite a while, their customer service finally replied my email and suggested since there is an upgrade on their software, I have to do rewiring and soldering to the device that I recently bought.
Only work in Oldest Android version
