I'm trying to perform extraction for Android devices (various OS) using Mobilyze 2018 R1 but without any success.
No matter what device I connect, the software tells me that there is an issue with the drivers.

I installed all the relevant drivers and set the phone on MTP/Debugging on.
The only phone I was able to perform extraction is Google Pixel..
*iOS devices works fine.

Someone know what's the problem?
