Motorola XT1028 - used 9 out of 10 tries!

Greetings all

I have a Motorola XT1028 Android phone that came in. I've been told that 9 out of the 10 attempts to enter the passcode / swipe have been used and that I've only got one attempt left prior to it wiping the phone. I do have a Cellebrite UFED and Lantern but am not aware of any functionality that will let me get to the data without unlocking it. I did try the Cellebrite but it is not recognizing the phone. I would really like to get this user data without having to resort to a chip off. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
