You can look at them in FTK, EnCase, etc. Paraben has a stand alone tool called Chat Examiner. Google also turned up a freeware program called MSN/Yahoo Message Archive Decoder and Viewer but you are kind of on your own to try it.

Hi guys, I manage to find them in Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Received Files\screen_namexxxxxxxxxx\History

Any way to parse out the data? As it is in xml format, anyway to make it more readable for presenting the finding?

In the above path you should have an xsl file, copy out both xml and xsl files to a folder, and double click your xml file from there. You should now have the format. The xsl is standard , if it is not present copy out your own if you use MSN
